Please ensure you provide us a correct lockbox and any applicable gate codes for entry to the property. To ensure the best results, review our pre-shoot checklist to ensure the property is best prepared for your photography session.

We require at least 48-Hour notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your photography session without incurring a loss of deposit. Rescheduling at our discretion based upon weather or other conditions beyond our control will not incur the fee.

Please read our entire Service Agreement before booking. Scheduling with us acknowledges you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement. 

Our techniques and photographic style is unique to our brand, consistent with our copyrighted photos and video you see on our website. It is important clients understand the product they will be receiving as we will not reshoot properties free of charge based upon style preferences.
